Devinne’s journey into real estate began in 2018 with a bold first project—purchasing a property, tearing it down to the foundation, and rebuilding it into a stunning modern home. Since then, she has led countless design and build projects, becoming a trusted expert in custom home building,
luxury renovations, and strategic real estate investments.
Her background as an event planner for a top Manhattan financial firm honed her skills in project management, communication, and coordination—abilities that now drive the seamless execution of every client project. Devinne’s passion for design, combined with her expertise as an Airbnb Superhost and investor, ensures that every home is crafted with both beauty and profitability in mind.

In addition to our design team, we have an exclusive contractor and construction crew who works closely with us on every project, ensuring high-quality execution from start to finish. We also provide referrals for every professional you’ll need along the way, from architects and structural engineers to plumbing supply houses and custom cabinet makers. Together, we work in harmony to deliver seamless and stunning results for every client.
