Our team designed and built this complete transformation, turning the space from a basic concrete basement into a luxurious, multi-functional living space. It features a wet bar, sauna, theater, gym, and a full bath. The space is elevated by a striking mono-stringer white oak staircase, which includes motion-activated LED tread lighting and LED ceiling accents. Custom millwork adds discreet functionality with hidden Murphy beds and a concealed coat closet.
